Juan Cuadrado Defends the Numbers at Juventus
Juan Cuadrado has defended his numbers at Juventus, insisting that he is not trying to hide behind them.
The Colombian striker has been a key player for Juve in recent years, scoring 52 goals in 96 appearances across all competitions since joining from Atletico Madrid in 2018.
However, some fans have questioned his performance levels and asked why he hasn't scored more often.
But Cuadrado has dismissed these concerns, saying: "I'm not hiding anything. I am a professional footballer who works hard every day on the pitch."
He added: "I know what I can do and I will continue to work hard to improve my game."
Cuadrado's form has been mixed this season, with Juve struggling for consistency in Serie A and the Champions League.
But the forward remains confident in his ability to help Juve reach their targets.
"I believe in myself and in our team," he said. "We have a great squad and we can achieve everything together."
